Return, Refund & Exchange

 “NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED” RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At Exude, our mission is your satisfaction through our products. If our products fall short, worry not – we offer “no-questions-asked” refunds or exchanges within a span of 5 days from the day of delivery.

Initiating Your Requests:

  • You can exchange the products you bought for a different size of the same item or choose something else from our collection. We're here to make sure you're happy with your choice!
  • To start an exchange or return, all you need to do is send a quick email to us at wecare@exude.in; or call us at +91-98213 50191

Guidelines for Return: 

  • Please return items in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and labels
  • Once you request a return / exchange, our team gets to work, aiming to arrange a pickup within 1-3 business days
  • If pickups don't go as planned, you can send items back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up availability depends on your area's pin code
  • If your area pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you're the courier captain. Send the items back to our Exude Warehouse at the address provided.

  • While shipping, secure packaging to avoid any loss or damage during transit. Please mention your ORDER ID and mobile number / email ID used to place the order on the package.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Simple Refund Process:

  • For our smart pre-paid customers, refunds take place in 3-4 business days after we receive and approve the items. The amount is directly credited back to the source account. You could also opt to have refund amount in the form of store credits (gift card) which will be credited within 1-2 working days.
  • If you chose COD, we provide store credit (gift card) equivalent to the amount you paid, within 1-2 working days after receiving and approving your returned items. You can use the store credit anytime.
  • In case of self-shipping of orders, we will add INR 100 to the refund amount (in lieu of courier charges).

Changed Your Mind? Cancel Easily:

  • If you wish to cancel the order, call us! @ +91-9310253022
  • You can place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Alternatively, mail us at wecare@exude.in as soon as possible and we'll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.
  • PLEASE NOTE: we do not take cancellation requests on WhatsApp

Some Fine Print:

  • Ensure your bank details are spot-on; any errors here are beyond our control. We want your refund journey to be smooth sailing, so please double-check those digits.
  • If you find yourself waiting after receiving an SMS or EMAIL indicating delivery, and your order hasn't made an appearance, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible. We work with a third-party delivery partner and though reliable, minor delays can happen. Your feedback helps us improve.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, reach out to us right away. We're committed to finding a solution. Sharing photos and videos of the issue could speed up the process and assist us in resolving it efficiently.
