12. Clearance Sale 12.1 All products purchased under the Clearance Sale are final sale items and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation. 12.2 Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
12.2.1 The product received is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
12.2.1An incorrect product has been delivered to the customer.
12.3 Any request for exchange due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and relevant details for verification.
12.4 Products exchanged under the above conditions will be subject to quality inspection and approval by our customer support team.
12.5 Exchanges will be processed for the same product (subject to stock availability). If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative resolution may be offered at the sole discretion of the Company.
12.6 Due to exceptionally high demand during the Clearance Sale, product availability is subject to stock levels. In rare instances, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to offer a similar product of equivalent value or provide an alternative resolution, subject to the customer's approval.
12.7 Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
12.8 Clearance Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
12.9 The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Clearance Sale and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
