1. When is an Exchange Not Accommodated?

Exude does not accommodate exchanges in the following cases:

• Incorrect items handed over to the delivery executive. We are not liable for exchanges if the wrong piece is shipped back.
• Products that are worn, washed, or damaged.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Multiple failed pickup attempts (after 3 attempts, additional charges will apply).
• Exchange requests made beyond 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Important Guidelines for Sending Products for Exchange

• Please ensure that the correct item is handed over to the delivery executive.
• If an incorrect item is returned, you will be responsible for additional reverse and forward shipping charges to facilitate the correct pickup and return.
• To protect your Exude garments during transit, re-use the original packaging, including the garment sleeve, for proper care and protection.
• The primary exchange pickup will be scheduled within 3–4 days of initiating the request.
• If the customer cancels the pickup or it fails after 3 attempts, additional charges will be applied as per the logistics partner’s policy.

3. How Can I Exchange My Order?

To exchange your order, please follow these steps:

5. How Long Does the Exchange Process Take?

• Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be dispatched within 3–4 business days.
• Delivery timelines range between 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

You can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the tracking details are generated with our delivery partner (typically before shipping), cancellations are no longer possible.

2. What is your refund policy for prepaid order cancellations?

If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7 - 10 business days.

• Incorrect item handover: Ensure you hand over the correct item for return to the delivery executive. We are not liable for incorrect items returned.
  • Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will apply if we need to retrieve the correct item.
• Packaging guidelines: To prevent damage, please re-use the original packaging (including the garment sleeve) during return shipment.
• Pickup conditions:
  • Return pickups will be scheduled within 3-4 days of your request.
  • If the pickup is cancelled by you or fails after 3 attempts, additional charges will be applied as per the logistics partner’s policy.

• Clearance Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Clear pictures of the item showing the defect or issue.
• We will review the case and provide the best resolution.

6. How long does the return process take?

• Once the product is picked up, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days after it reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check.

7. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

• Refunds for returned items will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).

• Once the refund is initiated, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

• Please note that for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will not be processed to the original payment source. Instead, store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be issued, which can be used for future purchases with us.
